Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iowork ("the Service"), operated by iowork SAS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iowork is an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service includes contact management, property listings, deal pipeline tracking, AI-assisted features, Telegram bot integration, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier: Limited features, 50 AI actions per month, 1 agent.
  • Pro tier: Extended features, 500 AI actions per month, 1 agent.
  • Agency tier: Unlimited agents and AI actions, custom Telegram bot, team management.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including contacts, properties, deals, and documents. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate descriptions, score leads, match properties, and provide briefings. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nice, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
